HOW THE ECOLOGICAL VALVE WORKS

Speed rates to depress the accelerator along with the different changes in air pressure, which normally take place at varying altitudes above sea level, will directly regulate the entry of airflow passing through the EV or altitude compensator device. Whenever the accelerator pedal is heavily depressed, either at starting up the vehicle or at passing another car, gasoline excess is generated; that is when the EV will automatically allow a greater amount of airflow into the engine to balance the air-fuel ratios. As soon as the throttle is depressed or when the air-fuel mixture reaches proper levels the EV will instantly prevent additional airflow into the engine.

WHY IS THE EV NECESSARY

In general, when a car engine with over 9.5 compression ratio runs at sea level, it is frequent to hear a rattle sound coming from the motor and caused by the use of low octane fuels. Conversely, at altitudes higher than 1,000 meters above sea level, the air intake becomes not dense enough to burn all the fuel injected into the combustion chambers. As a result, a lack of engine power gets evident, along with fuel waste, increased polluting emissions out of the exhaust pipe and rapid oil consumption. (Note: Oil diluted with gasoline will not lubricate appropriately and oil levels will rapidly decrease). Therefore, the EV or altitude compensator is also designed to address that technical issue by reducing the (need of) consumption of premium gasoline while improving the engine reaction to the accelerator by 5%. In turn, this technology change will generate about 10% in fuel savings, cut oil consumption by 40% and ecologically reduce the emission of carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) into the environment by 25%.
